This heavy-duty rolling machine is more stable when working to combine thermal barrier strip or plastic profile with aluminum profiles together, to make the thermal break aluminum profile.
Features:
1, Six sets of hardened rolling discs are electrically controlled for quick change of profiles.
2, Six sets of rolling discs controlled by separate driving force guarantee stable rolling, high speed, and high efficiency.
3, Vertical and horizontal distance between each pair of rolling discs is adjustable for different sizes of profiles.
4, Step-less speed regulation. Taiwan HIWIN linear rail, Schneider electrical appliance, and precision screws are adopted.
5, The third pair (2sets) of rolling discs can be adjusted vertically and horizontally to correct the position of profiles.
