Applications:
This aluminum profile rolling machine is to combine thermal barrier strip or plastic profile with aluminum profiles to make thermal break aluminum profile. Hardened rolling discs are used to press the knurled profile and thermal barrier strip or plastic profile together, to make a composite profile that has great insulation effect.
Features:
1, Single axis CNC machine with six sets of hardened rolling discs. Two-axis electric control is also available.
2, Six sets of rolling discs controlled by separate driving force guarantee stable rolling, high speed, and high efficiency.
3, Vertical and horizontal distance between each pair of rolling discs is adjustable for different sizes of profiles.
4, Step-less speed regulation. Taiwan HIWIN linear rail and precision screws are adopted.
